Our service department has all the latest hi-tech servicing equipment and is well staffed with trained engineers who are kept up to date with the latest procedures by regular attendance at manufacturers training courses. This maintains familiarity with the latest technology, and ensures that diagnostic and repair times for the thousands of service repair jobs we undertake annually is kept to a minimum.
Rochford Garden Machinery Service Department caters for both Homeowner and Commercial operators and machine down time is kept to a minimum for all users. On site repairs can be carried out if required from our fully equipped service response vehicle.
We operate a menu pricing service together with an optional annual service contract for garden tractor and commercial operators, which helps to provide our customers with a maintenance budget. We also offer collection and delivery service for larger machines. Our goal is to repair your machine with the minimum possible delay efficiently and cost effectively.
